Brisbane

We managed to drag ourselves away from the vineyards and head up closer to the Tropics, stopping for a couple of days in Brisbane. There were some lovely gardens and a pretty cool manmade beach on the river but the highlight of the stay was definitely the tour of the Castlemaine XXXX brewery (which included 4 drinks in the bar at the end - nice!) Hmmmm.....this blog is beginning to make us sound like alcoholics. Nevermind though - we're off to Malaysia soon so won't be drinking much there.
